Engage for Success Online Forum 3 September

Re-Inventing the Human Workplace

Share, Network and Inspire with our next Engage for Success Online Forum 3 September 3-4pm

We'd like to offer some support by inviting you to join our Engage for Success Online Forum which is free to attend. We're developing a calendar of relevant employee engagement topics based on the themes and challenges we are hearing from you. We look forward to welcoming you at one of our next forums.
The aim is to share thoughts, listen to what others are experiencing and give or receive inspiration in a network of like-minded people.

Re-Inventing the Human Workplace

Join us as we ask our panellist whether it's time for human leaders to step up and re-invent a more human workplace? Valerie Mann, Director of People at Elder, and Daksha Desai, Acting Chief People Officer at Haringey Council are our panellists. They'll join Silke Brittain, Director of ClearVoice and Tom Morrell, Director of Alive and Thrive Wellbeing for what promises to be an interesting discussion. As always, you'll be able to join the conversation and ask questions to discuss with the wider audience.

In our panel discussion on Thursday 3 September, 3-4pm, we'll explore:
1. What approach can you take for people returning to work after furlough whilst managing the diverse personal concerns people have?
2. How can leaders deal with redundancies in a more humane way - what's involved in becoming a more socially responsible business?
3. How can we re-imagine the workplace? How can we manage onboarding, collaboration, communication and talent development in a socially responsible way?
4. What does it take to re-invent a human workplace where we support people and the business to sustainably overcome challenges in a changing world of work?

Register today to save your place for the discussion on Thursday 3rd September, 3-4pm.
