The brief

To develop the brands for Argos’ homewares and bedroom furniture concept stores and champion the launches across the South of England. Both concept stores needed to raise awareness and attract local and regional audiences across a broad spectrum.

The challenge

To deliver a promotional advertising and marketing communications strategy that would successfully fit into the Argos brand, increase awareness of the brands and engage a broad audience to buy into the concept.

The outcome

The strategic direction adopted helped deliver creative solutions from store concept and merchandising through to photography, website, advertising, promotions and POS. Within 18 months of launch spontaneous awareness of 18% amongst shoppers and prompted awareness of 65% was achieved.
