Working with c-suite and senior executives, people, HR and communication teams we are often at the heart of achieving your most aspirational goals.
For over 20 years, we have worked with clients from a variety of private and public sectors such as higher education and local government, charity, healthcare and pharmaceutical, financial services and fintech, technology, food and hospitality and property.
Led by our senior consultant, Silke Brittain, we are a team of talented individuals from consultants and strategists, writers and creatives to digital experts and producers who are proud of their expertise, integrity, passion and values. Silke - People Insight, Engagement & Culture Change Lead
Silke is our people, organisational and culture change expert with over 20 years of experience in driving business transformation and change strategies, creating a culture where employees willingly engage in the organisation's vision, improve performance and drive behaviour change.
Silke has led global people engagement and behaviour change as part of major transformations in the public and private sectors including University College Dublin, Marie Curie, Morgan McKinley, Unilever, Pfizer, CBRE, Slater & Gordon, Nielsen and Premier Inn. She loves and is driven by people analytics and insight and combines engagement and communication strategies to change the way people think, feel and behave.
Silke has developed a specialty around identifying and leveraging internal influence, combining organisational network analysis with behaviour science and best practice in change management, ‘social alignment’ and internal communication to help organisations realise effective and sustainable change.
Mark - Employee Engagement Advisory and Coaching Lead
Mark is our trainer, coach and employee engagement expert with a passion for using creativity, project management and experience beyond HR to achieve great results for people and organisational development initiatives. Following his coaching qualification in 2012, Mark achieved CIPD accreditation in learning & development and helps businesses improve leadership and people engagement.
Mark developed the internal coaching practice at the Environment Agency and led the leadership and management training and facilitation for the NHS Foundation in Bristol. As Engage for Success ambassador, he is passionate about employee engagement and led the ‘Unlocking Performance through Employee Engagement conference.
Mark's greatest strengths lie in engaging and inspiring others and he has delivered extensive soft skills classes for a national training provider working with clients and leaders across multiple sectors.
Nick - Systemic Change and Future of Work Lead
Nick is our organisational design and development specialist with over 20 years experience of working with organisations to create the conditions where they are ready, willing and able to take the next step forward in their change journey.
Working primarily with c-suite clients from public and private sectors, he combines deep experience of transformation programmes with conversations across all organisational areas to help create a new understanding of shared agenda and dynamics. Nick uses this to build pragmatic and bespoke solutions to intractable organisational and cultural problems.
Nick has expertise in developing new insights into the human dynamics within organisations in ways that create practical options that clear change barriers. He has produced a series of articles and tools that help organisations start their journey towards more open, inclusive and authentic conversations both within organisations and through merger and post merger processes.
Mike - Internal and Corporate Communications Advisory and Expert
Mike is our internal communicator, corporate writer, editor and blogger with extensive experience across sectors and geographies in Europe, the UK and the United States. Based in Iceland, Mike got his career start in marketing research and political campaign management while a student at the University of Wisconsin. Following his MBA studies at London Business School in 1998, Mike joined Smythe Dorward Lambert, a trailblazing consultancy that helped define internal communication and employee engagement at the turn of the century.
Since then, Mike has worked in a variety of consulting and in-house roles for a range of organisations including easyJet Airlnes, the US Federal Government, Cargill, Shell, VEON/VimpelCom, Maersk and Avery Dennison. Mike is the author of "From Lincoln to LinkedIn" and served as Regional Chair of the International Association of Business Communicators for the Europe-Middle East-North Africa region.
Emma - Copywriter, Editor and Blogger
Emma is our copywriter, communications and social media specialist and expert with over 15 years of experience in helping to engage, manage and interact with audiences.
With an eclectic experience in copywriting, internal and external communications and social media management, Emma has helped clients gain a more wholesome and cohesive insight into every project undertaken. From email and digital campaigns, social media management including researching and regular posting, Emma has improved external and internal communication through wholesome strategies and frameworks for clients such as Pfizer, Sainsbury's, Capita to name but a few. She creates content for internal communications and marketing including digital communications, brochures, website content, video, case studies and blogs.
Emma brings lots of energy, passion and enthusiasm to everything we do and at the same time has the skill to ensure messages are relevant, consistent and highly engaging.
Emma Rose - Culture and Engagement Advisory and Expert
Emma Rose is our people engagement, culture and behaviour change specialist and expert. As an experienced transformation and engagement specialist, Emma Rose has a track record of driving organisational change from the inside out. She takes an agile approach to set strategies, define internal brands and values, create cultures and deliver experiences that continue to add value for employees, customers, stakeholders and communities.
Emma Rose has turned business strategy into operations and culture change for global organisations across financial and professional services, pharma, tech and retail. Well versed in regulated fields, she's accomplished at engaging all levels of internal and external stakeholders including boards, leadership teams, employee and partner bases. She brings best in class change and design thinking, commercial appreciation and data capabilities to the insides of organisations.
