Re-Inventing the Workplace Panel Discussion: How to Improve Collaboration
Engage for Success Online Forum 1st October
Share, Network and Inspire with our next Engage for Success Online Forum 1 October 3-4pm
We'd like to offer some support by inviting you to join our monthly online forums. So, we've developed a calendar of relevant employee engagement topics based on the current themes and challenges we are hearing from you. They are free to attend and we look forward to welcoming you at our next forum.
Foremost, the aim is to share thoughts and listen to what others are experiencing. And, secondly, it's about giving or receiving inspiration in a network of like-minded people.
Re-Inventing the Workplace: How to Improve Collaboration
Silke Brittain and Mark Wilkinson will host the second panel discussion in our 'Re-Inventing the Workplace' series. They'll welcome Jane Ginnever, Founding Director of SHIFT, Tim Dew, Founding Director of Games Without Frontiers and Michael Hughes, Founder and Managing Director of Orbit Engage. Firstly, they will explore and lead the audience into a conversation and discussion around the science behind collaboration. In addition, panellists will share why and how gamification works to foster collaboration, improve interaction or how it can support change.
In our discussion with Jane, Tim and Michael on Thursday 1st October, 3-4pm, we look forward to sharing insight and experience around:
1. Science behind collaboration: Why do we need collaboration?
2. Self-organisation: How do we improve and achieve successful collaboration?
3. Collaboration cycle: Experience, observe, conceptualise, experiment
4. Leadership tools and techniques to foster greater collaboration and personal connectivity
