We're continuously evolving our calendar of relevant employee engagement topics based on the themes and challenges we are hearing from you and look forward to welcoming you at our next forum.
The aim is to share thoughts, listen to what others are experiencing and give or receive inspiration in a network of like-minded people.

Combining Customer Experience and Employee Experience

Kate Pritchard, Head of Engagement and Leadership at Questback will be our guest speaker and will share some of her extensive employee engagement skills, knowledge and experience. We will explore challenges of developing outstanding employee and customer experiences and delve into the interdependencies between the two. As part of the forum Kate will touch on democratising feedback, prioritising actions and the effects on performance for both our employees and our customers. As always, you'll be able to join the conversation and ask questions for Kate to discuss with the wider audience.
