We'd like to offer some support by inviting you to join our Engage for Success Online Forum which is free to attend. We're developing a calendar of COVID-relevant employee engagement topics based on the themes and challenges we are hearing from you and look forward to welcoming you at our next forum.
The aim is to share thoughts, listen to what others are experiencing and give or receive inspiration in a network of like-minded people.

Measuring Engagement Outcomes

Silke Brittain will welcome Mark Thompson, Head of Growth at The Happiness Index and Rachel Armstrong, L&D Business Partner at One Manchester for the fifth panel discussion in our Re-Inventing the Human Workplace series. Silke, Rachel and Mark will explore and lead the audience into a conversation and discussion around measuring outcomes from engagement and why and how this relates to overall business performance and growth. As always, you'll be able to join the conversation and ask questions for the panellists to discuss with the wider audience.
