Panel Discussion: How Internal Communication Transforms Employee Engagement
Engage for Success Online Forum 5th November
Share, Network and Inspire with our next Engage for Success Online Forum 5 November 3-4pm
We'd like to offer some support by inviting you to join our monthly online forums. So, we've developed a calendar of relevant employee engagement topics based on the current themes and challenges we are hearing from you. They are free to attend and we look forward to welcoming you at our next forum.
Foremost, the aim is to share thoughts and listen to what others are experiencing. And, secondly, it's about giving or receiving inspiration in a network of like-minded people.
Re-Inventing the Workplace: How Internal Communication Transforms Employee Engagement
Silke Brittain will host the third panel discussion in our 'Re-Inventing the Human Workplace' series. She'll welcome Caroline Ward, Head of Culture and Internal Communications at Slater + Gordon and Nicholas Wardle, Head of Employee Engagement and Communications at One Housing. Nicholas has recently received the Internal Communicator of the Year award by the IOIC and together with Caroline joins us to explore the link between internal communication and employee engagement.
During our discussion with Caroline and Nicholas on Thursday 5th November, 3-4pm, we look forward to sharing insight and experience around:
1. What role does internal communication play to support high levels of employee engagement?
2. How does internal communication serve the strategic needs of an organisation?
3. What are the biggest challenges faced by internal communication currently?
4. What are the top tips and case study that this year's newly crowned Internal Communicator of the Year (IOIC Awards 2020) can share as best practice?
